About OuterVillage.com

OuterVillage.com is based out of Boston, MA and was launched on January 22nd, 2008 by three developers. It first developed as a side project that has started to take off. We're working hard constantly adding new features and updates as we go along.

The main goal of OuterVillage is to develop a community of technology professionals focused sharing ideas, solving problems, and expanding professional networks.

OuterVillage focuses on technology and how it may impact our lives both professionally and personally. We look at security trends, industry news, software, business trends, and career news.

Ideas are generated and gathered by the community. The community will peer review the stories and rate/comment on content. Content with the most votes gets pushed to the front page.
